Those 100% varietal wines under this label include :
Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, Riesling, Muscat,
Pinot Noir, Sylvaner. Our philosophy is to offer delicious
fruit driven wines, with lively flavours, classic of
the Alsace style. |
The
Cuvée Emile Willm label is our line of Réserve
Exceptionnelle wines. They only concern Pinot Gris, Riesling, Gewurztraminer
and Muscat from a selection of old vines on hillsides. They
give full flavoured wines, complex in structure.
.The
late harvest wines : Vendanges Tardives, and Sélections
de Grains Nobles : when the autumn is favourable, they are
made of grapes picked much later than normal vintage and
affected by noble rot. They include Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer
and Riesling.
