Located 36 km south of Strasbourg in Barr on the Route du Vin d'Alsace (the wine Road of Alsace), ALSACE WILLM is a fine estate founded in 1896 by the WILLM family.
After 1920, the company expanded further as it developed its position and representation abroad. In 1930, just as prohibition was repealed, ALSACE WILLM was the first Alsace producer to export its wines to the US.

Today, ALSACE WILLM produces a wide selection of top flight Alsace wines, still and sparkling, as well as the Grands Crus, from its Domaine.
A balance of tradition and modern techniques are used for crafting our wines :

• large oak vats for fermenting and ageing the reserve wines, the late harvest wines and the Grands Crus ;
• stainless steel vats for the Vins de Selection
